- Farewell dinner in Kathmandu on the night before departure.

- Guided city tour in Kathmandu and Pokhara on a private vehicle.
- Makalu Adventure's licensed English-speaking mountain biking guide(s). The number of guides and assistant guides is dictated by the group size.
- Required number of local staff, porters and mules to carry your luggage in the biking trip.
- Mountain bike for the number of days riding. The brands include Cube, Trek and Giant hard tail or full-suspension bikes, depending on your choice (We recommend to bring your own Bike)
- Food, accommodation, salary, insurance, equipment and medicine for our field staff.
- Annapurna conservation permit and all necessary permits.
- Free Mountain Delights duffel/kit bag, sunhat and t-shirt (yours to keep).
