NAMO BUDDHA FULL DAY TOUR FROM KATHMANDU

Namo Buddha Full Day Tour from Kathmandu offers a transformative experience connecting travelers with the spiritual heritage and culture of Nepal.
Located 40 kilometers southeast of Kathmandu, it is believed to be where Prince Siddhartha, the future Buddha, offered his body to a starving tigress and her cubs in a final act of compassion. The journey begins early, passing through picturesque villages and lush green hills, with the majestic Himalayas providing a stunning backdrop for exploration and reflection.
The stupa at Namo Buddha is a sacred structure decorated with colorful prayer flags and is a focal point for meditation and prayer. The adjacent monastery offers an insight into monastic life and the teaching of Buddhism. Visitors are often welcomed to participate in prayer sessions, creating a unique opportunity to connect with the spiritual community.
Behind the stupa, the surrounding hills offer scenic trails that provide a peaceful environment for introspection and connection with nature. Involving local people can provide valuable insights into their customs and traditions, improve understanding of the region and foster a deeper understanding of the Buddhist way of life.
