2Briefing and preparation, PM welcome dinner
The briefing session will provide attendees with an overview of the event schedule, key topics, and logistical details. A welcome dinner will be held in the evening to network, meet organizers, and enjoy a delicious meal, fostering camaraderie among participants.
3Drive from Kathmandu to Dolakha (5 hrs). Camp
The 5 hour drive from Kathmandu to Dolakha offers stunning mountain views and serene surroundings. Upon reaching Dolakha, visitors can camp and enjoy a peaceful retreat away from city life, immersing themselves in nature.
4Trek Dolakha to Piguti (920m). (4 hrs). Camp

5Trek Piguti to Suri Dobhan (1,030m) (5 hrs). Camp

6Trek Suri Dobhan to Jagat (1,150m) (5-6 hrs). Camp

10Rest day at Beding for acclimatization. Camp
Campers at Beding take a rest day for acclimatization, adjusting to high altitude and thin air. They engage in light activities, hydrate, rest, and monitor their health to prepare for high-altitude trekking in the Himalayas. This rest day is crucial for a safe and successful trekking experience.
11Trek Beding to Na (4,180m) (5 hrs). Camp
The trek from Beding to Na, at an altitude of 4,180 meters, takes 5 hours and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Along the way, you'll encounter picturesque villages and learn about local life. Stay hydrated and take breaks to acclimatize to the high altitude.
12Rest day at Na to explore the surroundings. Camp
On a rest day at Na, we stayed near a beautiful river, enjoying the serene sound of water running over smooth rocks. We set up tents and gathered firewood, marveling at the stunning mountain views. The campsite became a hub of activity, connecting us to nature and allowing us to immerse ourselves in the breathtaking landscape.
13Trek Na to Chhyugima Lake (4,540m) (7 hrs). Camp
The 7-hour trek from Na village to Chhyugima Lake, at an elevation of 4,540 meters, offers stunning views of the surrounding snow-capped peaks and crystal-clear streams, making it an ideal spot to relax and unwind in the Himalayas.
14Trek to Tashi Labsta Base Camp (5,010m) (5 hrs). Camp
Tashi Labsta Base Camp, located at 5,010 meters, is a crucial resting point for trekkers acclimatizing before higher altitude ascent. With stunning Himalayan landscape views and unique flora and fauna, it offers an unforgettable experience for adventure enthusiasts. The journey takes approximately 5 hours.
15Cross Tashi Labsta Pass (5,755m), continue to Parchamo High Camp (5,600m) (7 hrs). Camp
Trekkers cross Tashi Labsta Pass at 5,755 meters and reach Parchamo High Camp at 5,600 meters. This 7-hour journey offers panoramic views and acclimatization facilities. The camp serves as a crucial staging area for the summit push, allowing rest, refueling, and mental preparation.
16Rest /Acclimatization day. Camp
Today is a rest and acclimatization day at our campsite, focusing on light activities like stretching, yoga, and short walks to maintain flexibility and improve blood circulation. Proper hydration, nutritious meals, and adequate rest are essential for our well-being and performance during the upcoming trek, preventing altitude sickness and preparing our bodies for the challenges ahead.
17Climb Parchamo Peak (6,273m), descend to Base Camp (4,780m).
The climb to Parchamo Peak, 6,273 meters above sea level, involves descending to Base Camp at 4,780 meters. The descent offers stunning Himalayan views, navigating through rocky terrain and snowy slopes. Colleagues may share stories, and upon reaching Base Camp, one can relax and reflect.
18Trek to Thame (3,820m) (5 hrs). Lodge
The trek to Thame, at 3,820 meters, takes around 5 hours and offers a comfortable lodge with basic amenities like warm bedding, hot showers, and hearty meals. The lodge's friendly staff provides assistance and immerses travelers in the local culture and hospitality of the Himalayan region.
19Trek to Monjo via Namche Bazar (2,835m) (5 hrs). Lodge
The 5 hour trek from Namche Bazaar to Monjo offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and beautiful forests. The trail follows rocky paths and suspension bridges over rivers.
