Itinerary

    Arrive in Kathmandu, transfer to Hotel and welcome dinner in the evening.

    The second day is dedicated to a comprehensive sightseeing tour of the Kathmandu Valley. Highlights include the famous Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple, and the intricate architecture of Durbar Square, which offers glimpses into Nepal's rich history and traditions.

    By Plane: Kathmandu to Lukla (2850m, 30min)

    Participants take a sightseeing flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, which is located at an altitude of 2,850 meters. After arriving in Lukla, the group prepares for the trek ahead.

    Phakding to Namche (3440m, 5hrs)

    The journey continues as trekkers head from Phakding to Namche Bazaar, a vibrant Sherpa village located at an altitude of 3,440 meters. This approximately five-hour trek involves passing through lush forests and over suspension bridges that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks.

    Acclimatization day

    An acclimatization day is planned at Namche Bazaar to allow the body to adjust to the higher altitude. This day is necessary to ensure the health and safety of all participants before continuing the climb.     The trek continues from Namche to Thame reaching an altitude of 3800 meters. This six-hour tour takes you through a scenic valley with opportunities to experience the peaceful environment and unique lifestyle of the local communities.

    Thame to Marulung (4210m, 5hrs)

    Trekkers will continue from Thame to Marulung, reaching an altitude of 4,210 meters in five hours. This trek includes remarkable scenery, including rocky trails and stunning views of snow-capped peaks.

    Marulung to Lunag (5070m, 5hrs)

    The route from Marulung to Lunag involves an elevation gain of 5,070 meters. This five-hour trek challenges participants with its altitude and rewards them with spectacular scenery and a sense of accomplishment.

    On this day, the group will trek from Dzasampa to Nangpa Glacier. This trek offers the opportunity to see the breathtaking beauty of the glaciers and the deep silence of the alpine landscape.

    Nangpa Glacier – acclimatization day

    An acclimatization day will follow at Nangpa Glacier, giving hikers a chance to rest and acclimatize to the altitude and ensure a safe and enjoyable trek for the following days.

    Hike to Nangpa La pass & return to Nangpa Glacier

    Participants will hike to Nangpa La Pass and then return to Nangpa Glacier. This challenging expedition allows hikers to experience one of the higher passes in the region and thus enrich their trekking experience.

    Nangpa Glacier to Lunag

    There will be a return trip from Nangpa Glacier to Lunag, allowing hikers to reflect on their achievements and enjoy the amazing terrain again.

    Lunag to Arye (4910m, 5hrs)

    The trek continues as the group heads from Lunag to Arya, climbing 4,910 meters in five hours and surrounded by dramatic mountain views.

    Arye to Gokyo (4790m, 8hrs) via Renjo-La pass (5360m)

    Participants embark on a longer trek from Arya to Gokyo, crossing the Renjo-La Pass at an altitude of 5,360 meters. This challenging journey takes approximately eight hours and rewards hikers with breathtaking views of the Himalayas and Gokyo Lakes.

    Gokyo to Dole (4110m, 6hrs)

    The trek from Gokyo to Dole will take six hours and provide an opportunity to explore the peaceful surroundings and witness the stunning beauty of the region.

    Trek moves from Khumjung to Phakding, covering the distance in around six hours. This descent allows participants to appreciate the lush countryside and picturesque villages along the way.

    Phakding to Lukla (2850m, 4hrs)

    From Phakding, trekkers will return back to Lukla in a four-hour trek that will conclude the high-altitude trek and mark the end of an unforgettable journey.

    By Bus: Lukla to Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel

    A bus transfer will take the group from Lukla back to Kathmandu, where participants will be escorted to their hotel, allowing for a moment of relaxation and reflection after the adventurous trek.

    Free day in Kathmandu for shopping and other activities
