Arrive Kathmandu, transfer to hotel
Day 1 marks the beginning of the journey with an arrival in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. This vibrant city, rich in culture and history, serves as an exciting starting point for the adventure ahead. You will be welcomed by our representative at the airport and move towards Hotel Thamel Eco resort for your accommodation.
2Free day in Kathmandu
Day 2 is designated as a free day in Kathmandu. This day provides an opportunity for travelers to explore the city's many attractions at their leisure. From temples and historical sites to local markets and traditional cuisine, visitors can experience the unique character of Kathmandu while enjoying breakfast at their accommodation.
3Fly to Taplejung. Trek to Mitlung (1542m) walk approx. 4 hrs.
On Day 3, participants will board a flight to Taplejung, a town that serves as a gateway to the trekking routes in the eastern region of Nepal. After landing, the trek begins towards Mitlung, which sits at an elevation of 1542 meters. The hike will take approximately four hours, allowing trekkers to appreciate the beautiful landscapes and local villages along the way. Meals will be provided to ensure travelers remain nourished for the trek.
4To Chiruwa (1270m), walk approx. 6-7hrs.
Day 4 involves trekking from Mitlung to Chiruwa, situated at an altitude of 1270 meters. This leg of the journey will take around six to seven hours. The path will wind through lush scenery, offering views of the surrounding hills and valleys. As always, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served.
5To Sukathum (1576m) walk approx. 6hrs,
On Day 5, the trek continues from Chiruwa to Sukathum, located at 1576 meters. This trek will take about six hours. The route may include crossing rivers and navigating through small settlements, highlighting the local way of life.
6To Amjilosa (2308m) walk approx. 6hrs.
Day 6 brings the group from Sukathum to Amjilosa, which sits at an altitude of 2308 meters. The trek will take approximately six hours, providing plenty of opportunities to observe the natural beauty of the region and the changes in landscapes as the altitude increases. Meals will be provided during the journey.
7To Gyabla (2730m), walk approx. 6hrs,
On Day 7, trekkers will make their way to Gyabla, located at 2730 meters. This journey will take about six hours, continuing the gradual ascent through stunning terrain. Travelers can look forward to hearty meals to keep their energy up.
8To Ghunsa (3595m), walk approx. 6hrs.
Day 8 features a trek to Ghunsa at an elevation of 3595 meters. This trek is expected to take six hours. As the group climbs higher, the views become more breathtaking, making the trek an unforgettable experience.
9To Kangpachen (4050m), walk approx. 6-7hrs.

11To Kanchenjunga Base Camp (4050m), walk approx. 7hrs.

12-13Return trek to Ghunsa

14To Nango La Camp (4776m), walk approx. 5.5hrs.

16Olangchun Gola (3191m/ 8hrs).

17Olangchun Gola to Pass Camp (4453m)

58To Panch Pokhari (4074m/ 3-4hrs), & rest day.
Day 58 offers a slightly shorter trek to Panch Pokhari, which is at an altitude of 4074 meters. This journey will take approximately three to four hours. Following the trek to Panch Pokhari, a rest day is scheduled, allowing participants to recuperate and acclimate to the altitude. Meals will be provided as usual.
59To Tin Pokhari (4255m/ 6hrs)
On Day 59, the group will trek to Tin Pokhari, which is situated at an elevation of 4255 meters. This trek will be longer, taking around six hours to complete. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served, providing sustenance for the day's exertions.
60Cross Tilman Pass (5308m/ 6hrs) to north high camp (4720m/ 7hrs).
The following day, Day 60, presents a significant challenge as participants will cross Tilman Pass, which stands at 5308 meters. This crossing will necessitate approximately six hours of trekking. Afterward, trekkers will descend to the north high camp, resting at an altitude of 4720 meters. 61To Kyangjin Gompa (3830m), approx. 7hrs.

62To Lama Hotel (3030m/7 hrs) & Syabru Besi (1503m/ 6 hrs).

71To Deng (1860m), walk approx. 5-6hrs

72To Namrung (2630m), walk approx. 7-8hrs.

75Rest Day

76To Larkye Base Camp (4460m), walk approx. 4hrs.

77Cross Larkye La (5140m) to Bimtang (3590m) 8-10hrs.

80To Pisang (2675m/ 7hrs)
