Itinerary

    Arrival Kathmandu, airport reception and transfer to Hotel.

    Upon arrival in Kathmandu, participants will be warmly welcomed at the airport by a designated representative. A hassle-free transfer to their hotel will be provided for everyone, where they will rest and prepare for their next journey.

    AM Briefing and preparation, PM drive to Ramechhap, Hotel

    In the morning there will be a comprehensive briefing to discuss the upcoming itinerary and the necessary preparations for the trip. The briefing is followed by an afternoon crossing to Ramechhap, where hotel accommodation will be provided for a comfortable overnight stay.

    Early flight to Lukla then trek Phakding, 3-4 hrs, Lodge

    An early morning flight will be scheduled to Lukla, a key starting point for trekking. After arriving in Lukla, the walking adventure begins as the group embarks on the journey to Phakding. This trek is expected to take approximately 3 to 4 hours and culminates at a lodge where the group spends the night.

    Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m), 5-6 hrs, Lodge

    The journey continues with a trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar, located at an altitude of 3,440 meters. This part of the trek will take about 5 to 6 hours and then the group will stay overnight at the lodge.

    Acclimatization day, Lodge

    The day is reserved for acclimatization in Namche Bazaar. This is necessary for acclimatization to the higher altitude and participants will be able to relax and explore the surroundings during their stay at the lodge.

    Trek from Namche Bazaar to Khunde (3,840), 2-3 hours, Lodge

    The trek continues as the group moves from Namche Bazaar to Khunde reaching an altitude of 3840 meters. This trek will take approximately 2 to 3 hours and overnight accommodation will be provided.

    Trek from Khunde to Base Camp (4,470m), 6-7 hrs, Camp

    The trek from Khunde to the base camp is a significant part of the journey with an estimated duration of 6 to 7 hours. Upon arrival, the group will camp at an altitude of 4,470 meters, which will mark a major milestone in the trek.

    Acclimatization Day, Camp

    Another acclimatization day is planned at the base camp. This will allow participants to acclimatize to the altitude and prepare for the next stages of the expedition while enjoying the camping experience.

    Climb to Lake Camp (4,900m), 3-4 hrs, Camp

    The ascent to Lake Camp will take place, requiring approximately 3 to 4 hours of climbing. Lake Camp is located at an altitude of 4900 meters, where the group will set up camp for the night.

    Climb to Glacier Camp (5,400m), 4-5 hrs, Camp

    The trek continues with the ascent to Glacier Camp, located at an altitude of 5,400 meters. This challenging climb takes about 4 to 5 hours and participants set up their camp at Glacier Camp.

    Acclimatization and skills day, Camp

    Acclimatization and skill building will follow at Glacier Camp. This is important to ensure participants are prepared for the high altitude challenges ahead.

    Climb to South Col (5,700m), 3-4 hrs, Camp

    The journey continues with the ascent to the South Saddle, reaching an altitude of 5,700 meters. This climb will take approximately 3 to 4 hours and participants will camp at this elevated location.

    Summit Kyajo Ri (6,186m), 6-8 hrs, Camp

    The highly anticipated summit attempt of Kyajo Ri at 6186 meters will take place. This strenuous climb is expected to take 6 to 8 hours. After the summit, the group will return to camp.

  • 14-15

    Spare days, Camp.

    After the summit attempt, spare days are reserved for further necessary acclimatization or recovery. This will be spent at camp.

    Descend to Base Camp

    Participants begin the descent back to base camp, retracing their steps as they descend

    Descend to Namche Bazaar, Lodge

    After continuing the descent, the group returns to Namche Bazaar for an overnight stay at a lodge that provides an opportunity to rest and recuperate

    Descend to Phakding, Lodge

    The journey continues with a descent to Phakding, where accommodation will be provided in a lodge.

    Trek to Lukla, Lodge

    The final trek to Lukla takes place, upon arrival the group spends the night at the lodge

    Fly to Ramechhap then by road to Kathmandu, Hotel

    Flight will be provided from Lukla back to Ramechhap, followed by road transfer back to Kathmandu where participants will check into a hotel and spend the night

    Guided sightseeing and exploring Kathmandu, Hotel

    A guided tour of Kathmandu will be arranged to allow participants to explore the city's historical and cultural sites before returning to the hotel for the night

  • 22

    Depart Kathmandu

    The journey ends as participants prepare to depart Kathmandu, marking the end of their expedition.
